1.ONLINE SHOPPING

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices, photographic representations and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Please refer to our Returns Policy if you are unhappy with your purchase.

We will not be liable for any reason if the Macbees website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of or the entire Macbees website.

2. ORDER PROCESS

All orders placed on the Macbees website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Non-acceptance of your order may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:

The product you ordered is out of stock;
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment;
iii. We have identified a pricing or product description error;

There is a system or procurement failure; and
Failed customer validation checks.
When you place an order on our website we will email you an acknowledgement detailing the product you have ordered. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Macbees.

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Macbees will take place when your order has been dispatched. We will email you when your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to dispatch multiple orders separately.

3. RETURNS

We want you to be 100% happy with your Macbees purchase but in the unlikely event that you are not items can be returned by post to Macbees, 26 New St, Killarney, Co. Kerry or in-store within 14 days of receipt of your goods. Please note items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging with all garment tags still attached.

We accept return by post or by courier service, but it is advisable for you to obtain proof of postage at the Post Office as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged item(s) through the post or any return service. We advise that you retain this proof of purchase until you have received your refund

A refund will be issued once we are satisfied that the goods have been returned in their original condition and within the 14-day timeframe.

You will receive a confirmation email from us upon receipt of your package and when your refund has been processed. Refunds will only be paid back to the original payment method and may take up to 10 working days from date of posting, depending on your bank.

You can also return products in-store along with the order confirmation email and dispatch invoice. Please note items must be returned within 14 day of receipt of goods and items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging with all garment tags still attached.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel any order you have placed and it has not been dispatched, please contact our Macbees Customer Service team on +353 64 6633622 or at returns@macbees.ie.

It is our policy to try to process orders immediately; however, it may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched. After dispatch our Returns Policy will apply. Please note that your right to return goods does not apply to certain products as set out in our Returns Policy.

5. DELIVERY AND TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am-6pm. Orders submitted on Bank Holidays are processed for dispatch the next working day. All deliveries within Ireland and Northern Ireland can be tracked once an email address and daytime contact number is provided. 6. CARRIER

Our Delivery partner is DPD Courier Services. This service requires a signature upon delivery of your purchase to the delivery address provided. If you are not available at the time of delivery DPD will make a 2nd and 3rd attempt after which time the parcel will be returned to Macbees. DPD will provide follow-up information for any redelivery. In order to avoid disappointment and any delay in receiving your Macbees purchase always provide a daytime contact number.

8. REFUND POLICY

We will refund items returned by post or courier to Macbees, New St, Killarney, Co. Kerry or in-store within 14 days of receipt of your goods. Please note items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging with all garment tags still attached.

Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, in the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion. Additionally any complimentary promotional gift given with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods to which the gift related.

9. THE MACBEES GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Macbees Gift Card is not a credit card, charge card, or cheque guarantee card.

Valid Macbees gift vouchers may only be used as full or part payment for goods in Macbees.

Macbees Ltd. reserves the right to decline any gift voucher which has not been validly activated according to our procedures.

The gift voucher is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. Once a Gift Voucher is issued the name cannot be changed or transferred to another person.

Any residual balance on the gift voucher following purchase of goods will remain on the gift voucher while the gift voucher is valid, to apply towards future purchases.

Macbees Ltd excludes all liability for lost stolen and damaged gift voucher.
