In accordance with the EU directive 2023/2673 you are entitled to cancel your online order within 14 days. If you are withdrawing from the sale before you have received your goods but after they have left us you should refuse delivery of the goods to avoid incurring a return charge. If good have been delivered you will need to follow our returns policy for returning good. items cannot be refunded until we recieve them back into the shop.

Online purchases can be returned within 14 days of receipt of your goods for a full refund.

If returning your items by post you must include your packing slip and returns form including contact details. We accept returns by post or by courier service, but it is advisable for you to obtain proof of postage and tracking as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged item(s). We advise that you retain this proof of postage until you have received your refund. A refund will be issued through Shopify once we are satisfied that the goods have been returned in their original condition and within the 14-day timeframe.

You can also return items in-store along with your packing slip and returns form including contact details. Please note items must be returned within 14 day of receipt of goods and must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all garment tags still attached.

You will receive a confirmation email from us upon receipt of your package and when your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued through Shopify and may take up to 10 working days from date of posting, depending on your bank.

GOODS ARE CHECKED THOROUGHLY BEFORE BEING SENT OUT AND PHOTOGRAPHED. ITEMS RETURNED WITH MAKE UP OR OTHER MARKS ON THEM WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND, STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE.

5. REFUND POLICY

A refund will be issued where applicable for items returned in accordance with our Returns Policy above.

Refunds will be issued through Shopify for online orders and may take up to 10 working days from date of posting, depending on your bank.

Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, in the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion. Additionally any complimentary promotional gift given with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods to which the gift related.
